Welcome to the Williams, Alexander & Associates Debt Resolution Center

We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your convenience to pay for a delinquency or to tell you about the various kinds of payments we accept. You are visiting this website because you received a letter from us. This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

If you recognize and acknowledge the debt, there are several ways you can pay:
You can pay your debt by check, money order, credit card, Western Union Quick Collect, or cash (in person only). The payment should be sent to Williams, Alexander & Associates (WAA) - NOT the creditor, because this will delay the process and may cause unnecessary delinquent information to be reported to the credit bureaus. If you pay by check, we cannot issue a letter of satisfaction for two weeks. A money order, credit card payment, or Quick Collect allows us to immediately send a letter of satisfaction. A letter of satisfaction is your IMMEDIATE proof that the debt has been satisfied and will be required if you are in the process of seeking a loan or mortgage approval.

Disputes cannot be handled through this site

To protect your rights and begin the process to resolve a legitimate dispute, you must write to Williams, Alexander & Associates, PO Box 2148, Wayne, NJ 07474-2148 within 30 days of when you received the first notice. The worst thing is to ignore this notice or refuse to talk to us. The problem doesn't go away, and your refusal to communicate with us will force us to move to the next step of debt recovery.
